PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (THE “AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE CHECKMARX SOLUTION, SOFTWARE OR SERVICE (THE “SOLUTION(S)”). THIS AGREEMENT, WHICH INCLUDES A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE THAT IMPACTS YOUR DISPUTE RESOLUTION RIGHTS, REPRESENTS A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AS THE INDIVIDUAL, THE COMPANY, OR THE LEGAL ENTITY THAT WILL BE UTILIZING THE SOLUTION (“YOU”) AND THE CHECKMARX ENTITY IDENTIFIED BELOW (“CHECKMARX”).

IF YOU ARE ACCESSING OR USING THE SOLUTION, OR ANY PART THEREOF, ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU HEREBY ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF SUCH COMPANY OR ENTITY; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SUCH COMPANY OR ENTITY IS LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT; AND YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT, POWER AND AUTHORITY TO ACT ON BEHALF OF AND BIND SUCH COMPANY OR ENTITY. What Support Is Available During Your Free Trial

Developer Assist is designed to be intuitive, developer-first, and easy to get started with right away. During the free trial, support is provided primarily through self-service resources to help you explore the product and understand its capabilities.

Support during the free trial is provided on a best-effort basis and may vary depending on request volume and business impact. Response times and resolution are not guaranteed.

What Is Not Included During the Free Trial

To ensure we can continue delivering a high-quality experience for all customers, the free trial does not include:

Formal support entitlements begin once Developer Assist is purchased.

Support After Purchase

Once you purchase Developer Assist, your support experience is governed by Checkmarx’s standard customer support policies. This includes access to defined support channels, response targets, and service levels based on your agreement.

Feedback and Product Input

We welcome feedback during the free trial. Your input helps shape the future of Developer Assist and informs ongoing investment and prioritization.

While we may not be able to respond to every request during the trial, all feedback is reviewed and considered.
